Through my work as a portrait photographer and Iyengar Yoga teacher, I encourage my students to balance art and technique in yoga asana.  My Job is to help my students discover their own body’s intelligence, and inspire them to build a strong and solid body and mind.

I have completed 6 years of study at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Amsterdam, taught by Cle Souren, Annemieke Post, and Charles Hond.  For four years I was an assistant teacher at the medical yoga lessons under the direction of Cle Souren.  In February of 2013 I returned for my third trip to India to spend a month in Pune studying under Geeta and Prahsant Iyengar.  In April of 2009 I attended the 4 day master class workshop with B.K.S. Iyengar in Moscow.  I completed the 3 year Remedial Iyengar Yoga Therapy course in 2013 given by Stephanie Quirk.
